JOPHIEL SILVESTRONE

Founder & CEO

Jophiel, a driven and self-motivated entrepreneur, grew up on a Montana ranch, instilling in him a strong work ethic. Since moving to Billings in 2004, he has made a notable impact in the local business community. Jophiel has successfully founded and managed various businesses, including a janitorial company employing over 50 locals and a sustainability-focused media venture.

Currently, he runs SkyPoint Studios, a web development company, showcasing his expertise in WordPress and a range of technologies. Jophiel’s passion for business is matched by his dedication as a father to his son.

Extensive experience in online and offline business. Currently the President of his BNI Chapter Networking Pros.

SYED FAIZAN ALI

Chief Technology Officer

Meet Syed Faizan Ali, Chief Technology Officer at SkyPoint Studios, where he has been a cornerstone of the team since 2015. With over 24 years of experience in technology and web development, Syed brings a wealth of knowledge to our organization.

He has been awarded the Motivator Award from Preston University, the CPC22 Excellence Award, and the Freelancing Trainer Award. His credentials include MCP and MCSA certifications from Microsoft, along with an Operation Security (OPSEC) certification from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Syed has led 30+ speaking and training sessions at leading tech events, sharing his expertise with professionals worldwide. He’s known for his dedication to innovative solutions, leadership, and training the next generation of tech talent.

ASHLEY SOU

Chief Marketing Officer

Ashley is a believer in the concept of IKIGAI – Meaning ‘your reason for being’. Iki meaning ‘life and ‘gai’ describes value or worth. She believes that everything you do in life should be bringing together your passion, what you’re good at, and what brings you joy, and can be of value together to create a beautiful life.

Ashley believes that living your life to the fullest means enjoying everything you do graciously and gratefully. This led me to dig deep into the psychology of marketing and understanding human needs and wants.

With a strong acumen for branding, public speaking, and content creation. Bringing value, beauty and creating and maximizing your brand is her passion.

UJITH HACKEY

Senior Web Developer

Ujith Hackey is a highly skilled senior web developer who has been with SkyPoint for over 5 years now. He has a remarkable talent for programming, possessing an unparalleled ability to write any code with ease. His proficiency in various programming languages, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, has earned him the reputation of being one of the most capable developers in the field.

Ujith’s expertise in WordPress is particularly noteworthy, as he is considered a true master of the platform. His ability to create custom WordPress themes and plugins is unmatched, and he has a thorough understanding of the inner workings of the platform. He has developed numerous websites for SkyPoint using WordPress, and each one has been meticulously crafted to meet the unique needs of the client.

In addition to his technical skills, Ujith is also an excellent communicator and collaborator. He works well with others and is always willing to lend a helping hand. His positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile have earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues.

LEIF CHRISTIAN

Senior Programmer

Leif Christian grew up in Paradise Valley, Montana, and is a lover of music, culture and the outdoors. Leif has a background In audio software and construction, and transitioned into programming in 2018. Specializing in technologies like Node.js, Vue, React, React Native, Electron and all things JavaScript.

Leif has collaborated with renowned companies such as Verizon, Magic Mountain Roadrunner Sports, Cedar Fair and United locating Services, a utility locating company serving all of Austin, Dallas, Houston and Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Leif is passionate about music, the outdoors, Spanish language and culture, and music performance. Leif performs around Montana as guitarist and vocalist in his rock power trio. Leif brings wide range of technical skills and his passion for building engaging user experiences to the team.

Senior Graphic Designer

Ash Wijesinghe is an accomplished graphic designer with a passion for creating captivating visual experiences. With a strong educational background from the American College of Higher Education, Ash honed their design skills and developed a keen eye for aesthetics.

With a diverse portfolio of work in the fashion and app development industries, Ash has collaborated with numerous brands, leveraging their artistic prowess to bring their visions to life. From designing striking brand identities and captivating marketing collateral to crafting intuitive user interfaces, Ash’s creative talents have made a significant impact on the success of these brands.

Since joining SkyPoint Studios in 2023, Ash has been an invaluable asset to the team. Their unique blend of artistic flair, technical expertise, and innovative thinking has elevated the company’s design offerings and elevated its reputation in the industry.

Outside of work, Ash finds inspiration in various art forms and enjoys exploring new design techniques to fuel their creativity. With an unwavering passion for design and a drive for continuous improvement, Ash Wijesinghe is an exceptional graphic designer dedicated to crafting visual experiences that leave a lasting impression.

BHAGVATI VEKARIYA

Senior Mobile Application Developer

Bhagvati Vekariya is a Senior Mobile App Developer at SkyPoint Studios, where she has been an integral part of the team since 2016. With a strong foundation in Java, Firebase, and cross-platform development, she specializes in building high-performance Android and iOS applications that are secure, scalable, and user-friendly.

Bhagvati holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Information Technology from VVP Engineering College (2009-2013), where she honed her technical expertise and passion for software development.
